When it comes to getting crafty with coffee, nowhere on Maui seems to push the envelope as far as Belle Surf Cafe does. Across from the Banyan Tree in Lahaina, this tropical surfy haven is home to several remarkable coffee creations, from the Sandy Beach (iced blended double espresso, cream, sea salt, caramel, topped with whipped cream, crushed almonds, and a caramel drizzle) to the Orange Cardamom Latte (double espresso with orange zest, melted honey, cardamom, and textured milk over ice).

Speaking of lineups, Belle Surf Cafe is just a two-minute walk from the waves at Lahaina Harbor and the popular beginner break of Lahaina Breakwall. In the summer months, the breaks around Lahaina come alive, and Belle Surf can be found bustling with local surfers in between sessions.
